Cert & Recert FAQ

Certification Testing

ASQ has switched to computer based testing. Information and registration at www.asq.org/cbt/

When do I need to recertify?

Certifications are good for three years. Go to asq.org/cert/mycertifications to see when to recertify.

How to recertify

Follow the instructions at http://asq.org/cert/recertification

Make sure you submit payment. Keep your original documents in case refiling is necessary. Expect 4 – 8 weeks for processing.

Who is the local certification chair?

Effective 1/1/19 local Sections will no longer be responsible for managing recertifications. ASQ is launching an online recertification app on its new myASQ collabration page.

Our current local recertification chair is:

Bertha Willis
30418 W. Latham St
Buckeye, AZ 85396-6313
(602) 319-9228

Where can I find training?

Our section does not currently offer training. We are partnering with the Orange Empire Section for online training.
